With this pregnancy, I've been eating fiber gummies and drinking coffee and they've really helped keep me regular. I think my only goal this time around is to eat a light meal prior to going in (aka salads and liquids) and throughout my stay there so that the first bm isn't a killer. I had lots of issues, so I didn't know now that I'm a week out if I should start just to get things going? </p>
