We started with one arm out and transitioned to no swaddle. It coincided with the 4 month regression, so it was tough for a few weeks. He started rolling just before 4 months and we quit the swaddle cold turkey. He then started sleeping on his side, and then on his stomach. I'm scared though because she is also so very strong at 9 weeks. He's rolled back to front but it was with his arms propped by us so not entirely unassisted. When I watch him at night he gets so much momentum I'm worried hell get stuck on his tummy.</p> <p>We've tried no swaddle for naps without any success.
