My husband's aunts kept telling me not to shower for the first month or else I will get the chills permanently forever. What?!? Husband's cousin didn't listen to the Aunties advice, and she has the chills every month during that time of the month. Of course I was scared that I would be doomed for life. Haha. It's the body's way of getting rid of excess fluids. I actually remember sweating way more with Charlie. Maybe that's why I'm producing less milk this time around since the milk ducts are supposed to be modified sweat glands... hmmm.....</p> <p>Did you sweat a lot after giving birth? </p>
