It's something I'll be taking for baby #2. We took a birth class and while I don't feel like either of us got anything out of it, I also feel like I would really regret not having taken it. Does that make sense? I took the class before learning I'd have a planned c-section and I REALLY wish they'd have touched base on sections, which is something they glossed over in maybe ten minutes out of 4 weeks of classes. ashleyt on "Did you take a prenatal class? I thought the breastfeeding class was very helpful and the baby basics class was good for my husband. I read some books and stuff online and didnt think a class would teach me anything I didn't already know. I feel like classes are more for the dad than the mom, and DH is a doctor who has delivered babies so I wasn't worried about him. Weagle on "Did you take a prenatal class? Are you or did you take any? Any classes in particular that seem worthwhile, or best to skip them all? I was considering a BF class or maybe a Happiest Baby on the Block class.
