She hated the car seat so DH kept her at home with him (he was working from home) but then she was hungry so he had to deal with the crying. I did take her to my IUD placement around 10 weeks or so. I took my mum with me to sit with LO in the waiting room but she got too nervous and wouldn't be left alone with her. I ended up holding a fussy E, while talking to the doctor, while my mum sat in the room looking bewildered! The midwife at my then-OB'a office was concerned because I was supposed to be breastfeeding her but I had pretty much given up on her latching and had started EPing. </p> <p>LO2: Yes, because DH was in the bathroom with LO1 when my name was called (we were all there together because we were running errands afterwards). She slept the whole time in the car seat and didn't make a peep.
