It was usually a 15 min wait after school ended and another 15 min to get home. For our kids, it will depend on which school we send them to. For HS I had to take the bus and I lived out in the country so it was an hour bus ride with all the stops and even had to transfer bus's. My ride to elementary school was 30 minutes and 45 minutes to MS and HS. Again, middle of NOWHERE :o)<br /> We live less than a mile from the Elementary, Middle and High schools where our LO would go, so we'd probably walk. I didn't want to carry an instrument home every day, all my friends had geeky baskets on their bikes to carry their clarinet.
