Very stressful though starting to feel better now. Even when I was hobbling around my house for the next couple weeks I didn't think, all things considered, that it was terrible. The soreness only lasted about a week and a half, and I only needed motrin. I never used any ice packs or anything else. I was definitely lucky! After I delivered LO, the doc said, I don't think you'll need any stitches. But then after I delivered the placenta, she said, I'm going to put 2 internal stitches in.<br /> I'm so aware of how lucky I am! I didn't need an ice pack/motrin/anything for pain...couldn't believe it!
