I used it from 15 weeks to 19 ish and I loved having it to ease my mind. I had the same experience as @jlm22: and was surprised my husband let me get it. Haha. I'm a worry wart so I really liked being able to listen whenever I felt worried. I didnt use it daily though. I was surprised my husband was on board! I used the doppler every couple of days 9-17 weeks. It was so relieving whenever my anxiety would get out of hand. I had a m/c at 9 weeks with my first pregnancy, so I was incredibly anxious, especially with LO1. It definitely calmed me down and there were only a couple times I didn't find it. An HB friend sent me hers! And it was a relief to have it after an early CP loss. I stopped using it when I could feel regular movements, but it helped a lot in the first trimester with my nerves.</p> <p>I'm not sure I'd recommend it for a first time mom though. (A friend was asking if she should get one.)</p> <p>Did you use one? Was it helpful? Would you recommend for a FTM? </p>
