Mott's apple sauce brand also makes some apple based kinds. There's a ton of variety in fruit/veggie only, no sugar pouches. I love them so much! I just gave away the rest of my stash to another mom, and I was kind of sad about it. I often mash up avacado or puree a sweet potato... but then I started realizing that DH wasn't feeding DD b/c making a puree was too much work for him. So we bought a whole pile of packaged baby food once we got really serious about doing solid foods each day. I make some of her food, but only if it's super easy. I like the idea of making all of her food, but hopefully she'll soon start eating more and more of what we're eating and that won't be too hard. Pop open the jar and you're good to go. This time around we'll probably stick to pouches because they're even easier! I justified it by using organic baby food.
