It's nothig fancy like the belly bandit - in fact it is pretty uncomfortable and is just a wide elastic band with Velcro. I do have to give it credit for having a flat tummy again! My mom made me where it the first three months and now I don't really have any loose belly jiggling. I hated wearing it but I will definitely force myself to wear it again after the next one. </p> <p>By the way, I was told by a friend to ask for one at the hospital. I still don't have a flat tummy but it was my second and I was already a mess from my first so I'm not sure how much difference it made. </p> <p>I did really like it for the first couple weeks, it helped my feel more comfortable (less weird and empty?) especially sleeping on my side.
