Since I was on leave it was without pay for the last six weeks. Ouch. I take a lot of pride in my team's work though, so it was important to me that the quality didn't slip while I was out. I was emailed and asked for several things while on leave. They weren't big things but if I had done what I was supposed to have done and turned off my company cell, I would have missed them and likely would have lived without my input but I did it anyway. I don't mind, because I knew if I didn't get it done beforehand I would have to do it while home (since it's due when I go back).</p> <p>However, my boss has emailed me a few times asking me to to do various things... most of the things he's asked for are not hugely time consuming, but I still find it annoying...
