I was due Wednesday, worked all through the week and decided my last day would be Friday. I went into labor Friday night. I wanted lots of time for myself and to prepare for the baby. I feel pretty grumpy about having spent so much of my leave without baby, but, I keep reminding myself that I was absolutely miserable at work from about 34w on. One of my midwives had strongly encouraged me to stop work at 35w, but, I couldn't see spending that much leave.
