My first, a boy, was super low. I felt like he could fall out at any moment! I also had people tell me that I looked like I had dropped at like 30 weeks. I've heard that it can be a result of former muscle separations or just weaker stomach muscles between pregnancies. If you find it really becoming an issue a vlogger I follow used a brace/sling type thing to help lift up her belly. I don't think I had one BH contraction with my first pregnancy but it's almost nonstop with this one. I feel like I'm 40 weeks pregnant (and I'm just shy of 27!). </p> <p>I've also been having random contractions, but my OB said not to worry unless I have 4-6 in an hour.. but the two things combined have me a little freaked. ha. </p>
