It's a la ration supplement (natural) to boost supply. I take it very other day it makes me engorged! Did your doc say if/when to follow up if she's still not eating? I had the bug and I know that I didn't eat for more than 24 hours so I knew he wouldn't want to either. I was also very very panicked about his weight since he is tiny to begin with. Babies are very resilient and she will rebound soon. I know it's a different illness/different baby, but today (Friday) he finally ate normally again. He hadn't eaten normally since Monday. Just make sure she stays hydrated &amp; she should be fine. For you, given breastfeeding has been well established your supply may dip but should recover with lots of fluids &amp; normal nursing once she feels better. We took her to the doctor today and she has lost almost two pounds. She was very small to begin with so it is hurting my heart.</p> <p>She absolutely refuses to breastfeed. She hasn't breastfed in 30 hours. I am terribly engorged and am pumping as much as I can but I don't get much. She will take an ounce or two odds pedialyte here and there....that's it.</p> <p>I am terrified that my supply is going to drop or that I will get mastitis or she will quit breastfeeding all together.</p> <p>Has your Lo ever done this? Did they eventually come around? I'm starting to panic. </p>
