Maybe except for the last dose. The first time I had nurse her right before the visit do I thought it was because her stomach was full. But the next time she spat up again. I, too, worried that it wouldn't be effective but the doctor said it's fine. It's written on he instructions not to give more even when the baby gags. The doctor said she didnt want her to spit it out but then she still seemed satisfied with the amount of it that the baby swallowed.. did your baby spit it out as well? </p>
