We only had a handful of newborn clothes that were gifts/hand me downs and I bought a few Hanna things and left the tags on. Well she's now 10.5 lbs 7 weeks and still in newborn. However, that was BRU's brand Koala Baby, which tends to run SUPER small. DD was close at 8'11 but lost a lot more weight than expected. He couldn't fit into nb at all after 2 weeks. I'm bringing one nb and one 0-3 outfit to the hospital. My scans were pretty accurate for DS1. My 10 lb 8 oz, 22" long baby still wore NB for 2 weeks (Pretty much just until she got back to birth weight). She was in 3-6 by 6 weeks old. She measured 2 weeks ahead the whole time and was born 6 days late.</p> <p>Your going home outfit should be fine, but I wouldn't keep too much newborn clothing around. </p>
