@winniebee: I was just about to post a similar thread. My LO turned 3 in January and gave up her nap about a month ago. It wasn't gradual at all and went from napping everyday for 2 hours to NOTHING. I'm okay with her not napping anymore, but I feel like her nighttime sleep is getting worse too. She will typically sleep around 10.5 - 11.5 hours a night and will often wake up in the middle of the night.

I have no clue what's going on, but it isn't fun because LO is super cranky and grumpy most of the day from being tired. I still make her lay in her bed for "quiet time", but she absolutely refuses to nap. I'm hoping it's just an adjustment phase and will get better soon :bummed:

T is 3 in a month and dropped his nap last month. Previously he would nap every few days for a few hours and usually would sleep 11 hours at night. Now he is not napping and is only sleeping 10 hours most nights. Sometimes 10.5. Last night 9.5. I have no idea what is up. He used to sleep 8-7 or 830-730 and now it's 8-6 or 830-630. Earlier bed time just means earlier waking for him usually.

Did this happen to anyone else?
