Early days my dog would spoon with me all.the.time. My dog and cat sensed it before me or DH. the dog really took to me during pregnancy with LO1 and now my son and he are best buds. He has never ever done that before. I am only 4 months along and not showing much. I have a 2 yr old Newfoundland male (130 lbs) and while he is a sensitive and sweet natured boy, I think he is a little young and silly to be tuned in to me at this point. My pup became super clingy as well, and it made me worried for when the baby came! But he loves her and hasn't shown any jealousy or any extra neediness.
