Even now when DH and I visit my Mom, it's usually a whole lot of food on the table but everyone eats at different times.</p> <p>DH and I have always eaten together. On sundays, we would go to my grandma's house and have lunch with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. Now, DH and I try to have dinner together every night but sometimes he works really late, so I'll go ahead and eat first. Growing up dinner was always 8/830. But with my husband now we at around 7pm. My parents and younger brother (huge age difference) still do! DH didn't. My family did at first, but by junior high my mom was working and so we were all fending for ourselves.</p> <p>We're making a big effort to have dinner together with Charlie every night! (Olive is sleeping by dinnertime.) It has really helped Charlie's eating, I think. But most of all, it's helped bring our family together.</p> <p>Did your family eat dinner together every night growing up? How about now? </p>
