I took two, one called parenting which let you take the baby robot home, and another called independent living which focused on budgeting, meal planning, cooking, using checking and savings accounts. There was a club attached, FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America used to be FHA), which I was a very active member in, including being a the state VP my senior year of HS. My high school had a big focus on vocational training so you could also take courses like welding, automotives, accounting, and entrepreneurship where you had to open your own business for the semester.
