I just kept trying different kinds and finally discovered the MAM pacifiers. It can still be a little tough to get her to take it, but I keep at it b/c it really helps her to fall asleep when she's tired. I was using the soothies pacifiers at first, but found that they fall out really easily. Then we tried Tommy Teepee, which stayed in much better, but she doesn't like them. We're using the Nuk orthodontic ones. We've also tried the gum drop and other more nipple-like styles and have had even less luck with them. </p>
