DD decided that she wanted to use the potty when DS was born; we had not really started potty training but while I was in the hospital (for a whole 24hr) she decided she was ready and started using the potty. The only regression I've noticed is that she is very clingy primarily to me and says she is scared of things she normally is fine with; not sure if that is just a result of her age though (just turned 3 and was 2 1/2 when DS was born).

My best friend has a 3 year old and when she had LO#2, he decided he didn't want to use the potty anymore and kept having accidents. They ended up putting him in diapers for about 6 more months until he realized he didn't want to be a baby.

DD started the terrible two's right around the time DS was born. Like @SAHM0811: said, it was probably a combination of her age and the addition of a sibling. She also wanted to be a baby for a little bit (trying out bottles, stealing pacifiers, sitting in the bouncy chair, layin gon the changing table, etc...). That passed pretty quickly, though, and by 3-4 months, she was in a much, much better place.

She didn't really regress with anything in regards to the potty or sleep, but around 3-4 months after the baby was born though, she got really stubborn and defiant. Hard to say if it was sibling related or just normal toddler issues though. Probably both. I've met parents who said the same also... that it wasn't really right after the baby came, but 3-4 months into it.

Umm.. She started mimicking the baby's cry. When he cried she'd try to out cry him. Not sure if this has to do with the baby but she licks everything, puts things in her mouth, will crawl around sometime.
Luckily her sleep wasnt affected.
We waited til baby was almost 3 months old before potty training so didnt have a potty issue..

Charlie didn't regress right away but he's kind of regressed a bit recently! He's been acting more babyish lately...

I don't have a 2nd but my good friend's 2 year old completely stopped being able to fall asleep. Her husband had to sleep on his floor for about 4 months because if he left and her son woke up, he'd start screaming bloody murder and wake up the whole house.

They also started having a lot of aggression issues.

My friend "just you waited me" last night and told me my LO will stop walking, sleeping and being independent when the baby arrives.

Did your LO go through any regressions?
