Like @SAHM0811: said, it was probably a combination of her age and the addition of a sibling. She also wanted to be a baby for a little bit (trying out bottles, stealing pacifiers, sitting in the bouncy chair, layin gon the changing table, etc...). Hard to say if it was sibling related or just normal toddler issues though. Probably both. She started mimicking the baby's cry. When he cried she'd try to out cry him.
