It was fuzzy & thin & I thought she looked kind of like a baby chimp :silly: We didn't see hair at any of our regular OB appointments but the first time I was sent to the hospital for monitoring I saw hair on the ultrasound they did there. It thinned a little at around 4 months but grew back right away and is pretty thick/fast growing now at 21 months. LO 2 was born bald and she's still pretty bald at 8 months old haha. Her hair is coming in a little bit but it's really thin and super light so she still looks completely bald! Thick, silky soft, dark brown/black hair that never fell out or thinned - people have always commented on their hair and still do so now, 25 and 5 months later. Loved being able to put clips in her hair from day 1. It was fun while it lasted, she pulls it off now immediately. N's hair was dark blonde to start with and now is light blonde. It was an optional 3d/4d scan at like 33 weeks and the tech pointed out the white wisps similar to your pic. She was like, "so do you have heartburn?" Yes. The tech said it was around the back of her head. We saw it floating in the fluid! It was really cool. Needless to say. She was born with a ton of hair. In an ultrasound for this LO we could also see hair so curious to see if he also has lots. He started to lose it around 1-2 months and for awhile, he was almost bald, but now its coming back in blonde. At my 37 week ultrasound the tech commented that he definitely had hair, so when he was crowning and the OB mentioned that he had a full head of hair I wasn't surprised! This kid is badly in need of a haircut already. It's past his ears on the sides, growing down his neck, etc. Strangely his eyelashes didn't start growing till he was born but now they're long too. He looked like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons so that's what DH called him for awhile. His hair grows fast and I've trimmed it quite a few times now (he's 1). He got his official haircut haircut the day before he turned one to thin it out some. DD: she was born with a full thick head of red hair that has gone nowhere! Just getting longer and thicker.
