We had planned that DH would take my first week off to do the daycare transition but LO never took the bottle before I went back to work. I decided I needed her to start taking the bottle at daycare before I could be 90 minutes away. </p> <p>I'm a big proponent of taking the day (or more) to transition. She went in for a half day the day before I went to work. Seeing how happy she was when I went to pick her up made my first day really easy. Week 1 was a very gradual week: 1 hour, then the morning, then morning + lunch, then morning/lunch/nap, etc. Week 2 was a full week for which I paid. I start work on a Tuesday so maybe on Monday. I'm in a crazy "I don't want to share my baby" phase right now but it might be a good idea...and maybe we can use it as a day date!</p> <p>Did your LO start daycare early? </p>
