This was actually a good thing because it knocked my crazy oversupply down to a normal amount. I got sick while traveling and took decongestants, and I went from pumping about 10 oz per session to less than 2!! I figured that was it and pretty much stopped. Olive has also dropped one middle of the night wake-up this week (down to 3 from 4 woohoo!), so that's probably contributing as well.</p> <p>I only have about 45 ounces of frozen milk, which is not very much. I hope I can get it back up by squeezing in an extra pumping session.</p> <p>Did you see your milk supply affected by sickness? Did it go back up once you were better? </p>
