Apparently, my Dad was supposed to get a vasectomy but missed his appointment and didnt reschedule it again right away in the meantime my little brother was conceived due to my mom's diaphragm failing. They stopped after me because they wanted to be able to have a nicer lifestyle, take nice vacations, etc. and they knew they couldn't afford that with 4, but I know she wouldn't have been happy getting her tubes tied.</p> <p>My friend just had hers tied after her c-section after her 2nd baby.
