Before kids she was about 105, then for a while she was 130s, now with my youngest brother 22, she's back down to 120 exercising more. Same with #2, #3 but she said after #4 she couldn't lose the weight anymore - it just stuck. She's had 6 kids and sadly is obese now :( It's sad. She's definitely tried and starting doing an exercise regime and cut out grains and sugar last year. She was able to lose about 15 lbs but has been stuck again. But she's a bit heavier now. But she also didn't break 130lbs until she was pregnant the second time around. So I don't think she ever went back to her pre baby weight, but she's always had a nice figure (size 4-6 normally, now more like a 6-8 after a knee surgery with a hard recovery) and doesn't have a stretch mark on her or any smooshy tummy or saggy skin. But within the past few years she and my step-dad have gotten really active - taking dance classes, taking exercise classes, etc - she is definitely back to her pre-pregnancy size.
