My parents didn't let me date in high school so they forbid me from seeing multiple guys :-P</p> <p>When I was 9th grade... or 10th grade I was friends with this girl who was convinced she was a prophet and was always dolling out prophecies to people but they were a little concerning. Somehow she knew about some issues I'd been having (self-harm) and was prophesying how it would always haunt me and I've never fully heal or recover from it... it was very dark and traumatizing and my parents deemed it an unhealthy relationship (it was). There was one friend I had in elementary school through middle school that my mom just hated. Thought she was a brat, a bad influence, etc. Very much discouraged me from hanging out with her, which of course made me want to act like the friend even more! Her parents caught them cutting school and made her break up with him. It didn't work too well since they continued to date and see each other for 2 years...she just lied about who she was with! </p>
