I still remember one yer (I'm guessing my dad got some kind if big bonus at year and was celebrating), he gave my mom a fur coat, a cordless phone, and a new set of gold clubs. This was probably...1985, so a cordless phone was like, the coolest thing ever. Haha..the 80's. that year, my mom gave my dad a "big" tv, which I thought was so small when we got older and flat screens came out. It was a big cube encased in wooden paneling! If, my parents friends didn't give us anything, then we got nothing. Christmas just wasn't a holiday we celebrated though we did put up the tree.
