Then it stopped for about a week, then it was very light for one last week. Off and on for right at 6 weeks. It pretty much stopped at about 3.5 weeks, but then came back a few days later. I thought it was my first period!!! Freaked me out to have bright red blood again. I have been trying to rest but I slipped on Saturday and landed on my butt. That probably didn't help! More blood often corresponded with over doing it as well. My OB/GYN said it was normal and that you bleed longer with subsequent pregnancies. Turns out it was just from the activity. I'm 5 weeks PP and just having a small amount of brown fluid everyday and no gushes even when I'm really active. I stopped bleeding after the first week and thought it was over. It then came back several times though throughout the following two or three weeks. I haven't had much blood for the past week or so, other than randomly some red gushes. I had that twice yesterday and then a couple times today so far. I called my midwife and she didn't seem too concerned. Did this happen to anyone else? I'm not soaking a pad or anything, but I go from basically nothing to a large gush back to nothing. Thanks :)
