Her reasons were similar to @Mrs.Someone: ND, they believe it helps reduce inflammation in the body and improves your chance of implantation. My view is that it probably can't hurt. My dr. does not have me on a diet, though he mentioned I should cut down on caffeine, no alcohol and should keep hydrated with a lot of water. I think my dr. is a little lax on some of the rules though. I'm bummed about the sugar because it means no coffee or dessert. </p> <p>I'm wondering if this is a normal recommendation?
