After my second, stomach was flat-ish and looked normal, except when I bent over and then it would be obvious how it was kind of stretched out and saggy. I gained 45 or so pounds too, but didn't get stretch marks. I'm pretty happy with how mine bounced back. Even after delivery I didn't have a lot of sag to my skin, though. I just looked fat. What I am worried about is the stretched out skin from my huge belly. I'm sure it'll be there. Will it ever go away? </p>
