Dh gained around 17 pounds. His family makes fun of him in the hospital photos when the LO arrived, since he looked so swollen and unlike himself. I don't think it was true sympathy weight; I was on a meal plan but I let it expire and left to my own devices, I ate more than usual.</p> <p>I'm in the process of losing the weight now... should be all gone by Christmas.</p> <p>Did your SO gain any "sympathy weight" while you were pregnant? </p>
