@chopsuey119: Thank you. Helps ease my mind. He has always been 80-90th percentile so he does have some room, but if I'm right he just dropped to closer to the 60th on the WHO charts. I also am worried he isn't getting taller, but it is really hard to measure. Sadly he isn't eating well right now but we are putting him back on reflux meds so hopefully that will help with the eating.

ETA: eating solids well. He's drinking a ton between the frozen milk I have and his Splash. He will really only eat freeze dried banana, potatoes and okra right now, but will eat a lot of it so I guess by eating well I mean a variety.

I'm not sure.. I was never too concerned with DD's weight. She's definitely gone though fluctuations in her weight (I can tell if she's lighter/heavier just by holding her). Some days her belly's bigger if she eats a lot. Other days she looks skinny!

My milk dried up at 15 months pp but I kept comfort nursing her. Now that my milk's back she's nursing happily.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the weight loss if he's eating well..?

If so how much or how much would you consider normal before starting to worry?

DS has been in the same clothing forever and lately they look really loose. I weighed him today (him naked and subtracted from my weight so not 100% accurate) and it appears he has lost ~12 oz in 1 month...it has been just over a month since he self weaned. He also had a really bad allergic reaction to yeast just after we weaned. He still gets breastmilk from my freezer stash, but not as much as when he was nursing, and EO28 Splash, which he was also getting while breastfeeding. I was going to wait until his 2 year well visit in April, but now that I realize how much, how fast, I'm a little more worried. While still nursing he was gaining weight, but at a slower rate, with just over 1 lb from 18-21 months. Anyone else experience this?

(I wasn't sure if this should go in breastfeeding or toddler)
