Aside from that I never really noticed in every day conversation whether it was too much different. When laughing really really hard I used to be silent. Now it is a scratchy, hoarse wispy sound in the back of my throat instead of silence. It makes me stop and wonder "who the heck was that?" If this happened to you, did it go away? </p>
