I was worried that I messed it up for myself because she wouldn't be used to barely any caffeine. I started with a cup of tea and she was fine, then I went to a half cup of coffee and she was fine. I have never noticed any issue with LO's sleep. He's a great sleeper at night and doesn't nap well. I'm not a regular coffee drinker (though I do drink tea and Coke here &amp; there). I've been SO TEMPTED to have a few shots of our Nespresso, but worried about the caffeine affecting K? Did/Do you drink coffee while BF'ing? If not, what else do you do to keep yourself awake and going? </p>
