As others have mentioned, I just did not want to hear or be swayed by feedback from random people--even if we had a short list or whatever. </p> <p>We began calling LO by her name when talking with just DH and I but had to be careful not to do so when family or other people were around. I can't imagine not telling my mom or best friend, but if their reactions were lukewarm it would drive me nuts! </p>
