The more she has, the worse she gets. When we were visiting family, we told our 4.5 year old 3 days in advance that DH and I would be going out to dinner by ourselves, and she would be at home with my mom. My almost 4 year old has had some behavior issues lately, and we are trying to pinpoint triggers. I know it may be far fetched, but I'm wondering if her diet has a little to do with any of it. She always has constipation issues, so it made me think it could be a possibility. I'm not sure where to start to see though. We have tried eliminating red dye before but we didn't stick with it long enough. Any thoughts for me? </p>
