I got super lucky and my recovery the first time was crazy easy even with an epesiotomy. I was shocked. My early labor was forever long this time around, but active labor was super short, and I think that made a huge difference. Also no tears this time, thankfully. Even with an epidural I was up and walking by the time I got a room, bled for maybe a week (then spotting for a few days), no pain meds after discharge. </p> <p>Weirdly, though, I wasn't cleared at my appointment for sex! Haha. I thought that was strange because they cleared me at 6 weeks with DD even though I still had pain walking! I didn't clear myself til 14 weeks :P</p> <p>Did you have a noticeable difference? </p>
