Mine returned at 6 months when DS started STTN half the week! it really sucked though because then he regressed and is just now starting to STTN again! I think for me it was just random pp bleeding that was on and off for 10 weeks or so! Once baby started sleeping 7-8 hours and I was exclusively pumping it came back.. I thought exclusive pumping and EBF had the same effect on your body. It happened to me too. I stopped bleeding 4 1/2 weeks postpartum & at 6 weeks, I was bleeding again. A couple days ago I started bleeding again. Not sure what's going on.. Wondering if I already started my period? Baby is only 5 weeks old.. He's sleeping 7-10 hours at night though and I don't always wake up every 3 hours to pump.. Thoughts?
