I don't really want to pay for an MLM, plus they have an awesome Facebook community with aromatherapists who answer your questions. Plant therapy is all about education and research and they are pretty inexpensive. We live by doTerra's breathe blend in the winter. Its amazing. I turn it on in K's room about 30 mins before putting her to bed along with a humidifier and shut the door - I swear you can instantly breathe better the minute you walk in. Plus its not too expensive ($20ish per bottle). I love to diffuse Serenity (another blend) and Lavender in my own room. I have used Lavender in K's room as well. It definitely makes me feel more relaxed. Young Living also has a few other awesome blends, there's one called Peace and Calming, and Peace and Calming II, There's also another one that I love called Gentle Babies which smells absolutely amazing and is designed for LO's. I want to mix it up, what are some other things you diffuse around your kids/in your kid's room? I'm a very cautious EO user since I know they can be so powerful! </p>
