Do you have a slow cooker/crockpot? You can do a london broil or pork loin with chopped up carrots, and I just add beef broth, a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, and some Worcestshire sauce (if you have that stuff). If you have onions you can cut them up and throw them in too. Cook about 9 hours on low. Or you can also add some Liption onion soup mix if you have any handy!

You could always grill? Kabobs? If you don't have a grill, just kabob and throw them in the oven!

Rosemary grilled chicken w/veggies? Chicken Alfredo?

I love to throw some pork, chicken, steak whatever in the crockpot with BBQ for 6-8 hours low...voila, shredded BBQ sandwiches! It absolutely falls apart after cooking, so easy & delish.

Do you have any dried fruit? Pork loin tastes really good with dried apricots and prunes. Just season the pork with salt and pepper, chop up the fruit and add either some broth or white wine and cover. Bake in the oven. I'd serve with couscous and steamed broccoli.

I've been so bad with not making dinner for us since I've been home on leave. I want to make something tonight. We have the following in house:

Meats: Chicken breasts, london broil, pork loin, breaded tilapia
Fresh Veggies: Broccoli, carrots and salad fixings
Grains: couscous, quinoa, rice, random pastas
Seasonings: pretty much everything. :)

I can't make anything with tomatoes - husband is allergic. Any suggestions on what to make for dinner?
