Dinner is at 5:30-6pm, and wake up time is 6:30-7:30am.

If she has dinner early at 5:30, i try to give her a snack (e.g., yogurt, or cheese + crackers) right before i give her a bath, around 7pm.

A non scientific study for Those with toddlers.

What time is dinner time Vs when they wake up in the morning?

LO is 18m and eats dinner around 6/630p and wakes up at 5:30a. I nurse her and she'll usually let us snooze for another 30-60 minutes.
