Now, at 13 months, I just had my first menstrual related dip. It's come back, but not quite as much as before. I haven't been eating much but I've been drinking as much as I can - which isn't much... So, my supply has dropped and I've been dipping into my freezer stash for a bag a day. </p> <p>If your supply dropped due to a cold or illness, did it come back? How long did it take? </p>
