This just popped up in my newsfeed on Facebook... Is this what it looks like? Very common apparently

Same happens to my LO who has eczema, and it's most prominent on his arm. I haven't noticed it as of late. Assuming it went away.

My son had a small patch similar to this earlier in the summer. I initially thought it was a patch where we missed with sunscreen, but it didn't resolve as quickly as it should have if that was the cause. We checked with his doctor a few weeks later since he had a well check anyway, and she said it wasn't a cause for concern and would go away. It went away in another month or so. I'd just keep an eye on it. Has he grown a lot lately? I suspect LO's skin was part of a growth spurt.

LO is almost three. He had moderate eczema as a baby but I didn't notice this last summer. This summer his elbow is discolored. Like completely white where is should have tanned. Thoughts?
