If I hear someone coming, I try to quickly switch to a different tab. I also try to always scroll down immediately so the "hellobee" isn't visible for someone to just glance over and see. The thing I worry the most about though is the ads on the side that show the pregnant women!! Thankfully Hellobee doesn't scream "BABY" in your face like Baby Center, but my colleague who also goes on HB might see me on it from time to time.
