I clean whenever someone is sick so they don't spread it to someone else if we can avoid it..mostly if one of us gets sick so lo doesn't get it.

i could be wrong, but as long as it is the same virus, it cannot re-infect her within that short period of time. her body is already building up the immunity to the virus, so by the time she gets over her illness, she can't be infected by it again.

DD has some virus that is causing a nasty rash all over (lips, body, butt). She's had it for 2 days now, and also seems to be coming down with a cold. I want to disinfect all of her toys now, because I feel like she's just reinfecting herself every time she touches or mouths them. What's normal protocol?

Do you clean during the illness? Or after LO has gotten better?
