@babynumber1: Yes, I've used this too! It's awesome and I recommend to friends. Only after 4 years of Disney in a row did I stop subscribing. You can even pick your room/view by pictures ahead of time and send in a request to the hotel.

@Jruess: We were able to get many, many last minute dining reservations the week leading up to our trip using the Touring plans reservation finder. Their reservation finder emails and texts you when your chosen reservation is available. it is amazing. Also their lines app is much more accurate with wait times than Disneys app.

I also agree on sticking to November. Cooler and less crowded.

Yes, you can see princesses without character dining but having to stand in lines for hours to do so, even at 23 weeks, doesn't sound pleasant to me.

@Jruess: I definitely vote for keeping your current plans then! Based on your past pregnancies, it sounds like you'll be fine. I was hesitant about going when I was pregnant since I wouldn't be able to do my favorite rides, drink around the world, etc., but it still ended up being fun. There is still plenty you can do. And now you'll have a good reason to go back a second time when you're not pregnant to do all the things you missed

Thanks ladies! I typically don't have swelling or other complications while pregnant - just a big belly. I've wanted to go to Disney forever so I don't want to miss anything.

We are not doing CRT. The reservations I'm scared to lose are Akershus & breakfast with Ariel. The rest I could replace with something else. I know they'd probably open up before the trip but not sure I want to take the chance.

I'm leaning towards keeping it in November and hoping for the best. We are pretty active now so hopefully I can keep it up until the trip.

It's so hard to say! I went at 27/28w in the August heat and was just fine, but my SIL went around the same time in her pregnancy and it was too much walking for her and landed her in a wheelchair.

I know how hard it is to get those prized dining reservations though! Things can and do free up, but you have to check pretty obsessively to snag them. Try checking about 45-55 days out (last chance to cancel a trip for a refund is 45 days before arrival, so anyone cancelling their trip could free up several days worth of reservations). Also be open to odd dining times - I was able to get a reservation to Be Our Guest only 6 weeks out but it was for 4:50pm. Princess character dining sounds difficult to get last minute, but you could also check into some of the smaller princess meals like the newish Ariel/Rapunzel breakfast at Boardwalk. I've heard that Askerhaus is typically easier to get than Cinderella's Table also.

I'd lean toward keeping your original plans, but take a few things into consideration:
1) How you felt at 30w in your previous pregnancies (swelling, energy, etc). Give yourself permission to take it easy!
2) Whether your husband would be okay with handling your daughters alone in the park if you need to tap out and head back to the hotel. When we took DS at 18 months, we went back to the hotel after lunch nearly every day and don't feel like we missed out on much. If it's too difficult to go back to your room, you could probably find a comfy air conditioned seat in the Baby Care Centers. They were never packed and I'm sure no one would care that your baby is still in utero.

I would go at 30 weeks. It will be cooler. I'm traveling this weekend and I'll be 30 weeks and will be doing lots of walking. Definitely get trip insurance though just in case since pregnancy is so unpredicatable.

Askershus, will probably open up but probably not Cinderella's table. Sept is the peak of hurricane season. It rained over half a day when we went two years ago. November was perfect weather when I went last year. But with being pregnant has so many variables. I think the wheelchair is a great idea for safety and energy.

Also if you are staying on property, call the hotel and tell them you are looking at changing dining reservations. A lot of time they can help and finding reservations over the phone sometimes opens more up then watching online.

I would still go at 30 weeks. It will be cooler in November and not as busy. Just rest as you need to and make sure to spend lots of time at the pool relaxing!
Have fun!!

We have a trip planned for September and I will be 27 weeks with twins  (so more like 31-32 weeks with a singleton). My doctors have assured me I will be fine to travel but to just take it easy and not overdo it. We decided to rent a wheelchair for me so I can sit and ride when I need a break and not walk too much especially with the heat. If you think you can handle it I would keep it in November, that weather is a little cooler and you have dining reservations in place. You could switch to September if you are really worried. You may have to check every day for dining reservations but you could probably get some good ones still by doing that.

Yes, I think if you move it to September you are going to have the heat and the crowds.

If you stay with it in November you probably will have to go slower, maybe alternate rides with shows so you get a chance to sit and rest.

I would probably just keep it at 30 weeks, but slow down what I do considerably...like go to the park early in the morning, have lunch and then head back to the hotel for a nap/pool time and then go back out for lunch.

Congrats! I would be very torn about this. Do you know if you can handle heat well while pregnant? It can be very hot and humid in September, so even if you are smaller, it might not be too fun for you. But 30 weeks is pretty far along. I would base your decision on how you think you will do, and worry about the dining later. I'm sure your girls will have a wonderful time no matter what and you can definitely still find princesses even without character dining (plus reservations do often pop up at the last minute if you keep checking).

Disney help! We planned a trip to Disney World for this November. It's a first visit for my girls, hubs & me. Well, turns out I'm pregnant and will be 30 weeks at time of visit. We could potentially move our trip to September when I will be 23 weeks. However, I'm worried about getting the dining we want. Nothing we booked in November is available during September. I get pretty large when pregnant. I'm so torn on what to do. My girls are obsessed with princesses so I hate to give up our character dining. But I also don't want to be miserable on the trip. Someone tell me what to do!
