I assume you'll bring a stroller anyways, so packing food shouldn't be a big deal. We usually ate breakfast before going in and packed one meal and lots of snacks. The conclusion I came to was that it was worth it if you read up ahead of time on how to make the most of it but that if you are the type to not pay the slightest bit of attention then it probably won't be worth it.
