I think a cruise is better, for kids and parents, when older. She'll be potty trained and able to go to the kids club for free. Right now, there's no way my son would go with a bunch of strangers to a Kids Club.</p> <p>I've been to WDW with my son at ages 2.75 and 3.75 and the experience has gotten better with age. For example, the first time, the characters were a complete no go. LO was only 16 months though so we couldn't take advantage of many of the amenities. I voted for Disney cruise at age 4.5 so that your LO can use the kids clubs, stay up late enough to see the shows, sit through the dinners, use the pools, and go on excursions without worrying about naptimes.
